Shanell started her fitness journey with a Personal Trainer in 2005, weighting at 180 lbs. She was skeptical to begin her fitness journey, but with the guidance of her first trainer, she was able to lose 20 lbs.
Her weight would “yo-yo” during seasons. She’d gain weight during the holiday season, but knew how to lose the weight before the summer season. Her goal was to put an end to the “yo-yo” pattern and started to self-educate herself to learn how to maintain her optimized figure. In 2014, she got serious and focused on her body transformation, strength training, and eating properly. She fell in love with the transformation of her body. She now incorporates training as part of her lifestyle. In 2016, her personal transformation has gained her clients in Massachusetts. She trains clients in a gym as well as their homes.
Shanell also enjoys cooking and has been making meals since the age of 11. She transforms her love for Soul Food into a healthier and tastier version. So, while on the journey of being healthy, there’s no such thing as eating “boring food” on any meal plan. Today, she uses her cooking skills to create, educate, and customize meals for clients who are interested in meal plans such as Carb Cycling and Keto Diet.
