I started my fitness journey in 2005. The heaviest I weighed was 180 lbs. After seeking a Personal Trainer to begin my fitness journey, I was able to lose 20 lbs.
During the fall/winter season, my weight would fluctuate; I would gain additional pounds during the holidays but lose the pounds by the spring season. I finally decided to end the “yo-yo” pattern and start self-educating myself to learn how to maintain my optimized physique. I focused on body transformation, started strength training, and eating properly. I fell in love with the results I achieved. Now, I incorporate training as part of my lifestyle. My personal transformation has led me to gaining and training clients in Boston, Massachusetts.
In addition, I started cooking at the age of 11. I transform my love for Soul Food into a heather and tastier alternative. So, while on the journey of living a healthy lifestyle, there’s no such thing as “boring food” on any meal plan. I use my cooking skills to create, educate, and customize meal plans for clients who are interested in meal plans such as Carb Cycling and the Keto Diet.
