Shanell started working with her first Personal Trainer in the year 2005, weighing in at 180 lbs. She was skeptical to begin her fitness journey, but with the the guidance of her trainer, she was able to lose 20 lbs.
Throughout the years, she would continue to gain weight during the holiday season, but she knew how to lose the weight afterwards. She wanted to end the pattern of gaining and losing weight and start maintaining her weight, so she got serious and focused on her own body transformation, strength training, and eating well in 2014. From there, as the years went by, she fell in love with the transformation of her body. She now incorporates training as part of her lifestyle. Her transformation has gained her clients in Massachusetts in 2016. She trains her clients at their gym as well as the comfort of their home.
Shanell also enjoys cooking and has been cooking meals since she was 11 years old. She transforms her love for Soul Food into a healthier and tastier version. So while on the journey of being healthy, there’s no such thing as eating “boring food” on any meal plan. Today, she uses her cooking skills to create, educate, and customize meals for clients who are interested in meal plans such as the Keto Diet and Carb Cycling.
