You truly are what you eat and cannot out-train a bad diet. Your body and your mind must be in balance. Shanell creates customized meal plans that fits your dietary and nutritional needs that will aid you to get closer to achieving your health and workout goals.
Client will receive a specific nutritional plan that lists what to eat, how often to eat, and what portions to eat with each meal. A food scale is highly recommended.
Shanell offers her kitchen to clients! She can personally cook 1 week worth of meals that is catered to the client's fitness goals. From Shanell's Kitchen, the client will have full meals throughout the day ready and prepared to grab-and-go from breakfast to dinner with snacks in between.
Price of service includes the paid custom meal plan, cost of food and containers, grocery shopping, cooking & preparing, and delivery.
*Client must purchase a customized meal plan, live in MA, and reside in a 20 mile radius from Quincy to receive this service.
This consultation will help Shanell to get to know the client. Discussion will include health and fitness goals, fitness background, medical history such as injuries and surgeries, food allergens, and preference of training location and equipment.
Consultation can take place via phone or video chat (Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc.)
