All products and services acquired from Shanell Fitness, LLC are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you receive from us. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may result in a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Shanell Fitness, LLC does not warrant the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any claims, statements, or information on this Website. Further, Shanell Fitness, LLC makes no representations about the suitability of any of the information and/or products shown on this Website or any other website for any purpose.
Visitors who use this Website and rely on any information do so at their own risk. All products and information are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty or condition of any kind.
In no event shall Shanell Fitness, LLC be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or about the use of the content available on this Website.
Refund Policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
Exchange Requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
●Product is defective
●Product must be in original packaging
●Product must be unused
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping Items
Any package that is not received by customer due to unavailability or due to incorrect shipping information will be subjected to additional shipping costs to reship. Package will not be reshipped until the previous package has been returned with proof sent to customer service email (shanellfitness@gmail.com). Additional reshipping costs will be paid by customer.
All orders with confirmed delivery with valid tracking information can not be refunded if customer can not locate the package. The customer will have to contact the courier for further information.
Any order that is delivered to wrong address due to customer error are non refundable. If customer notices wrong address after it has been shipped, we are not responsible to change the address.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
Returns can be mailed to: 2885 N Berkeley Lake Road Ste 20. Duluth GA 30096. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs regarding the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange.
